Three days before the session, please avoid:- Alcohol
- Saunas, open water, and swimming pools
- Scrubs or peels on the area where the tattoo will be placed
- Stress, as much as possible
On the day of the session:Carefully shave the area to be tattooed using shaving foam, extending about 10–15 cm beyond the placement area.
It’s best to do this just a few hours before your appointment to avoid ingrown hairs and gently polish the skin’s surface.
Make sure to get enough sleep and eat a solid, filling meal about 30–60 minutes before the session.
Starting your day this way has a huge positive effect on how you’ll feel during the process — don’t skip this part!A stable blood sugar level and a pleasant post-meal drowsiness will make the day more enjoyable and the session much easier.
Please bring with you:- Comfortable, loose-fitting black clothing. If your tattoo will be close to intimate areas, choose seamless black underwear (including socks).
> The clothes you wear after the session must not rub or press against the tattooed area.- Chargers, power bank, e-book, tablet — anything you’ll need to keep yourself comfortably occupied during a few hours of work.
> Once you realize the pain is nowhere near as bad as you imagined — and that some of my movements on the skin are barely felt — you might get bored. If you don’t have anything to distract yourself with, your mind will start focusing on discomfort, which will only make it stronger.- Bepanthen (pink) cream and baby changing pads. These are essential for proper healing. It’s best to buy them in advance so you can start aftercare the very next morning.
- A pack of baby wipes and an antiseptic (Oktiseptas / Duoseptic). Just in case anything unexpected happens with your protective wrap on the way home.
